实际情况

FTP/SFTP protocols do not work via v2rayN. WinSCP or PuTTY unable to connect. It doesn't depend on specific ports: it could be 21/22 or any others, apparently the FTP/SFTP protocols matter.
At the same time, the logs show that the connection via proxy has been established:
"123.123.123.123:22" "port_range=0:65535 => route(proxy) , proxy" "tcp" "tun/tun-in" "00:00:09"
This doesn't depend on the VPN profile type. However, websites, other programs, and messengers work ok.

复现方法

1. Launch v2rayN, establish a connection, turn on TUN.
2. Launch WinSCP / PuTTY, try to open a connection.

Solved by enabling the option "Legacy TUN Protect"
