Add support for specifying logConfig when rendering an Adaptive Form

This parameter is useful for debugging Adaptive Forms. It turns up some client logging.

For example, you should be able to specify so that it appears as a query parameter on the Adaptive Forms request: logConfig=a5-b5-c5-d5

Here's the list of values:
