Safe 1.0.0 : owner management is not available ( Code 811: Error calculating ERC721 transfer data for adding a Safe owner (Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'safeMasterCopyVersion'))

Environment

• Browser: Chrome
• Wallet: MetaMask
• Chain: Rinkeby

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to owners for the 1.0.0 safe ( https://gnosis-safe.io/app/rin:0xf01028c5146743b903a26Fbb739Ac419a6A02048/settings/owners)
2. try to add or replace an owner
   Current result: The errors appear in the console and a tx is not created

Expected result

Owner management should be available for 1.0.0

@johannesmoormann , I have set up priority as major as owner management is not available in the 1.0.0 safes. Up to you to change priority

@rmcmk we recommend updating your Safe to a newer version but are also looking into fixing this issue.

@johannesmoormann We're running v1.3.0-libs.0 on the commit 767ef36 of safe-contracts w/ latest of safe-react and this is still a problem, is the version of the safe not relative to the build version?
