Cannot click update note types

Problem description

I cannot update any of the note types. I am trying to change the background color but the "update note types" button is greyed out and I cannot click it.

"update note types" is for applying the latest official updates, not customization. After changing the background color from the Colors section, just click Save. If the change is not applied for some reason, try using the Reset button (this will reset all your changes). What note type are you trying to customize?
