🎨 Overhaul data pack generator

- Add human-readable names to most functions.
- Reduce time spent generating the `frames` folder for each animation by 90%
- Fixed summon positions for Locators and Cameras not being rounded.
- Improved function argument handling.
- Reduced complexity in a few areas.

- A bunch of other minor bug and consistency fixes.
