✨ Replace unique Node Config with global Display Entity Config

- Added `onSummonFunction` to display entity config. - Added `onApplyFuntion` to display entity config. - Removed `custom_name`, `custom_name_visible`, `inherit_settings`, `useNbt`, and `nbt` from display entity config. - Improved custom outliner node update cycle.
