Describe the bug?

jiggle rigのmotionless rootのtestする際、機能が反映されない。

When testing the motionless root of jiggle rig, the functionality is not reflected.

Steps to Reproduce

アバターの作成、jiggle rigのmotionless rootをオンにすると、Test In Editorせず再生モードだけだとmotionless rootが機能しない
またmotionless rootをオフにした場合、再生モードとTest In Editorをし、motionless rootをオンにしてもう一度Test In Editorをすると前の状態を引きずる。

When creating an avatar and turning on Jiggle Rig's motionless root, the motionless root does not function if only playback mode is used without Test In Editor.

Also, if motionless root is turned off, and playback mode and Test In Editor are used, then turning motionless root on and Test In Editor again results in the previous state being retained.

The expected behavior

motionless rootをオンにする事で、テスト中も親ボーンを反映しない。

Turning on motionless root prevents the parent bone from being reflected during testing.
