Desktop UI raycast shifted during Jump/Fall #784

Describe the bug?

while jumping desktop raycast seems to flicker off the hovered button momentarily. While falling virtually nothing is selectable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Hover over a UI element
  2. Walk off a cliff

The expected behavior

UI raycast should not lag behind player movement.
