[BUG] Window overlaps the Start Menu on startup

On Windows 11, upon running CCExtractor GUI, the window is overlapping the Start Menu, which is at the top of the screen, not the bottom as usual.

Hi,
In the latest version, 0.7.1, sometimes it does still happen. My Start Menu is at the top of the Desktop.

I notice too that the window flashes a lot upon startup (purely an aesthetic issue),

and I'd find a "Remember window position" option nice (or as simply the built-in behavior).
