In last step of installation:

Could not parse '/QuickFuzz/stack.yaml':

Error in $.packages[0]: failed to parse field 'packages': expected Text, encountered Object

It seems stack.yaml need to be updated?

After change stack.yaml format, another error:

Could not find language-go-0.9 on Hackage

After changing stack.yaml to this (removing language-go-0.9 and global-variables-1.0.1.0), it seems ok now:
