how to reset progress wheel?

By reset do you mean set the progress to 100%? If so, you just call setProgress() on the wheel and pass in 100 as the value. For example, to set the seconds progress wheel back to 100% you would do this:

mSecondsWheel.setProgress(100);

but i want to set initial starting point. every wheel should be set 0. i tried to set 0 but its start second process on same progress wheel... and not to set 100%.. i want to set initial state.

The wheel progresses are set inside the countdown timer, calculated from
the time of "now" to the target date. You need to modify that calculation
(or remove it) if you want the timer to stay at 0. I guess I'm not
entirely clear on what your end goal here is.
