Users cannot give feedback to predictions

A user should be able to validate predictions and give feedback on the prediction quality. Add a method for users to correct faulty predictions and provide a rationale on why they are faulty.

My take on this: The easiest way to implement this would be to add a GitHub template for reporting wrong predictions. For the predictions, we could add a link that pre-populates the template with the results the user wants to critizise.
