Channel Inactive - ERROR

When setting up a Docker Server i tried too connect too "Localhost" but it hits with "Channel inactive" error and when going too the website it says
"Upgrade Required"

i Tried port forwarding and Whitelist add and no luck.
this is currently in a broken state.

Upon further reflection, I definitely think this is a case of having a v2.1.0 mod and a v2.2.0-SNAPSHOT server. You mention "going to the website", which I assume to mean visiting the server's ip address in a browser? But that wouldn't result in anything on a v2.1.0 server because there's no http server involved: "upgrade required" is a websocket thing. Could you tell me how you run the server? Do you use Docker or do you run nodejs directly?
