style(Maintain): add mountain emoji to Land Ecosystem section header

Enhance the Maintain README header by adding the 🏞️ (mountain with summit) emoji alongside the existing 💪 (flexed biceps) emoji in the "Maintain in the Land Ecosystem" section title.

This visual addition reinforces the Maintain component's role as part of the Land ecosystem's build infrastructure.
