Initial commit: AV Editor - GPL v3 video audio editor

AV Editor is a video audio editing application that allows users to:
- Add/replace audio in videos
- Remove audio from videos
- Adjust playback speed (0.25x to 2.0x)
- Change output quality (240p to 2160p/4K)
- Save processed videos to gallery
