fix test expectations for simplified alumni position display

- Update test_generates_entry_with_all_fields to expect 'now at' prefix
- Rename test_handles_then_a_prefix to test_handles_position_without_prefix
- Add type safety assertions for wb.active (not None checks)
- Add sys.path setup for reliable build_people imports
