Add comprehensive examples for MaxRNG and ProcessMetrics demonstrating features and best practices
Also major security bug found where the RNG is soft-clamped to 32 bytes, thus repeating the buffer incorrectly thus providing dangerous repeating non-random values for sizes other than 32
