T-Int64 ::= INTEGER (-9223372036854775807.. 9223372036854775807)

The unsigned max should be double and the min of the signed should be -9223372036854775808.

You're talking about the following lines I guess:

types-base/asn/taste-extended.asn

Lines 17 to 19 in 34c3546

	T-UInt64 ::= INTEGER (0..9223372036854775807)
	T-Int64 ::= INTEGER (-9223372036854775807.. 9223372036854775807)

And propose to change them to:

T-UInt64 ::= INTEGER (0..18446744073709551615)

T-Int64 ::= INTEGER (-9223372036854775808.. 9223372036854775807)

Sounds reasonable to me. @mmunoz-gmv they are originating from Sargon, right? Do you know of any reason for the range of values?
