"Text": "<b><span class=\"RedColor\">Crossover Collab<\/span> <\/b>is a big <b>Celeste<\/b> mod where each map has at least the size of a vanilla map, featuring:<br><br><ul><li><b><span class=\"GreenColor\">20+ maps (+extras) spread across a wide range of difficulties<\/span><\/b><\/li><li><b><span class=\"GreenColor\">1000+ playable rooms<\/span><\/b><\/li><li><b><span class=\"GreenColor\">Hundreds of custom entities and cutscenes<\/span><\/b><\/li><li><b><span class=\"GreenColor\">200+ collectables<\/span><\/b><\/li><\/ul><br><hr><br>Madeline sets off to play videogames in her own computer.<br><br><b><span class=\"RedColor\">Crossover Collab<\/span><\/b> was made with the help of 100+ people over the span of three years, with big contributions from ~40 members.<br><b><br>Discover<\/b> new games and <b>rediscover<\/b> games you already played from a Celeste perspective.<br><b>Explore<\/b> over a hundred hand-crafted environments.<br><b>Face challenges<\/b> from casual platforming to mind-melting puzzles.<br><br><span class=\"RedColor\"><b>Crossover Collab<\/b><\/span> is divided into 5 difficulties within a single <b><span class=\"GreenColor\">lobby<\/span><\/b> from which you can access its <span class=\"GreenColor\"><b>maps<\/b><\/span>. Each<b> <span class=\"GreenColor\">map<\/span><\/b> teaches you all the new mechanics you'll need to use, with descriptions or playbacks. Crossover Collab is an add-on fan-made mod for Celeste, not a standalone product. Note that mods do not work for Microsoft Store copies of the game!<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><ul><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Can I play this on my Switch or other console?<\/b><br><\/li><ul><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">Unfortunately,\r\n no. Crossover Collab requires the Everest mod loader, which is desktop \r\nonly. However, it is playable on the Steam Deck<b>,<\/b> in desktop mode.<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><ul><li><b>Is there any additional content?<\/b><\/li><ul><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">Feel free to replay maps that you enjoyed after you clear them for the first time. Who knows? Maybe you will discover something new!<\/li><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">Certain files in BerryOS (Madeline's computer) are unlocked under certain conditions.<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><ul><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>I\r\n feel it will be too difficult for me. Can I still experience the \r\nvisuals and music of the harder levels without grinding them for dozens \r\nof hours?<\/b><br><\/li><ul><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">Yes. Celeste\u2019s \r\nAssist Options are compatible with Crossover Collab, so you can \r\nadjust the difficulty to suit your preferences. While it is recommended \r\nto have completed at least the main story of Celeste, you can directly \r\ndive in the easiest maps.<\/li><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">Most of the \r\nmaps expect you to be familiar with several techs, especially at \r\nmiddle-high difficulties, but all new mechanics are taught.<\/li><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">If you need additional info about generic movement and techs, you can visit the Gyms in Strawberry Jam/Spring Collab/other mods.<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><b><\/b><ul><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>I\u2019ve already played Strawberry Jam, will the difficulty scale be the same?<\/b><br><\/li><ul><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">While\r\n the general difficulty categories of Crossover Collab are similar to \r\nStrawberry Jam, the maps may not follow the exact same difficulty \r\nboundaries \r\nas you\u2019re used to. Certain optional secrets may be more than one star \r\nabove the rest of the difficulty of the map.<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><ul><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>So many games! Where should I start?<\/b><br><\/li><ul><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\"> Every map has colored stars that correspond to its difficulty (map completion with all main collectables, excluding secrets), from <span class=\"GreenColor\"><b>half star<\/b><\/span> (easiest map) to <span class=\"RedColor\"><b>beyond 5 stars<\/b><\/span>\r\n(hardest map). These stars are found on the title banners in the Map \r\nLaunchers. If you're new to a certain difficulty or modding in \r\ngeneral, we recommend trying out maps marked green on their meters first\r\n for a smoother experience.<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><ul><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Help! The installation process didn\u2019t work/my game crashed/I\u2019m having other technical difficulties:<\/b><br><\/li><ul><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">If\r\n you\u2019re having trouble installing Everest or Crossover Collab, please \r\ndouble-check the installation instructions and make sure you didn\u2019t skip\r\n a step or download the wrong version of Everest for your system.<br><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">If\r\n you\u2019re getting the in-game error \u201cMods failed to load\u201d, please navigate\r\n to the Mod Options menu and select \u201cinstall missing dependencies\u201d.<br><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">If\r\n your game crashes, an error log will pop up.
