Suggestion: Clone voice file upload

Hi, thanks for the great app. Could I suggest adding of an upload feature for cloned voice files? Running in Pinokio, it's difficult to know where to point at to for reference audio, so being able to upload voices or point to a specific folder where voices and references could be kept would be a great help :)

Implemented in 277e96a.

The Voices tab now has an Upload button next to the clone voice dropdown. You can upload WAV, MP3, FLAC, or OGG files directly from the UI — no need to know file paths. Uploaded voices are stored in a clone_voices/ folder and appear in the dropdown under an "Uploaded Voices" group, alongside any designed voices.

Also added play and delete buttons on the ref_audio field for uploaded voices.

Pull latest main and restart to get the feature. Let us know if anything needs tweaking.

Absolutely phenomenal tool, thank you so much for it. You've also made Qwen TTS much more appealing in terms of sound, as thus far I've much preferred the retained character of VibeVoice, but this is a genuinely excellent utilisation of it.
