WebSocket Actor: now the Send to Peer.vi filters error 66 to warnings, this is to cover a corner case when there where messages in the Actor queue for sending data and in the mean time the connection drops. In this scenario the error doesn't stop the caller actor as it is handled by the Actor Core.vi
