Superblock wrong on fresh file systems

When mounting a fresh image from a build, TLVC reports it as needing fsck.

This is irritating and unnecessary. Fix in host tools.

Hello @Mellvik,

This is/was the last issue regarding the MINIX filesystem "checked" bit, which I forgot about. I can't get this to repeat: on the first boot of any MINIX filesystem image, I don't get the "Mounting unchecked filesystem...". Can you get this to repeat?

And if so, does rebooting via reboot (which runs umount / and sets the valid filesystem bit), does that fix it?
