What happened?
I'm not 100% certain if it's supposed to have one, but it did in Redpower, and I don't see how you're meant to use the battery item otherwise if not to be recharged from there or to charge a box from the item.
Maybe it's just not implemented yet? The battery box appears to be functional otherwise, charging when connected to the generator.
