Audited and fixed security vulnerabilities in NPM dependencies

Most of our npm dependencies are exclusively for our Gulp build process and shouldn't actually effect the editor itself. Nevertheless, we strive to keep on top of these if only to avoid legitimate concerns with client-side dependencies being overlooked among "false positives" (at least as far as our application is concerned).
