Remove Host templates

The barebones `Host` project doesn't need any **ASP.NET Web Forms** templates, as its only purpose is to host the **OnTopic Editor** itself. As such, the **OnTopic** page and master templates inherited from `OnTopic.Web.Host` can be reliably deleted.
