Implemented more expressive test names
For consistency with e.g. `ReverseTopicMappingServiceTest`, updated the test namesin `TopicMappingServiceTest` to be more expressive using the format `METHOD_CONDITION_RESULT` (e.g., `Map_AlternateRelationship_ReturnsCorrectRelationship()`).
