Deleted legacy editor types

`ContentType` and `Attribute` have been replaced, respectively, with `ContentTypeDescriptor` and `AttributeDescriptor`. The `ContentType` and `Attribute` properties were only provided for backward compatibility with legacy databases. At this point, they should be safe to remove—and, otherwise, it's simple to update any remaining legacy schemas.
