OC-AD9H3 : simulation of Ethernet in no loopback mode doesn't work completely

In simulation, if no loop-back is selected, a wrap is enforced after the CMAC block. (CMAC out is wrapped to CMAC in)

CMAC doesn't process the received frames properly yet.
