aviary run_mission fails

Description

The following runs fail:

aviary run_mission aircraft_for_bench_GwFm.csv

ValueError: GASP-based aero method is not one of the following: (cruise, tabular_cruise, low_speed, tabular_low_speed)

aviary run_mission aircraft_for_bench_solved2dof.csv

RuntimeError: Solved 2DOF requires that a phase_info is specified.

aviary run_mission turbofan_28k_with_electric.csv

KeyError: 'KeyError: key not found: settings:equations_of_motion'

aircraft_for_bench_GwFm call returns the expected result (it defaults to the energy-state ode which is not configured for GASP aero)
aircraft_for_bench_solved2dof call also returns the expected results (telling user they must manually provide phase_info file instead of using the default)
turbofan_28k_with_electric is unexpected and I will investigate
