Building error

During the installation attempt of the version 0.20 I got the following error messages:

The installation of the version 0.19 afterwards worked properly.

The operating system is AIX 7300-02-02-2420. The perl version is 5.14.2. The previous Alien::Libxml2 version 0.19 version works.
