Add tab selection memory

The current code changes the tab multiple times in one update
So it’s not a good idea to add this feature now.

Add settings : "inspector_tabs/enabled_memory_choices" # bool
Switch tabs at the end of update_tabs()

The jump scroll mode has been removed in my master branch
I'm considering whether to add it back by cropping the top category

Can you elaborate on what this tab selection memory is? Is it remembering the selected tab of the node, so like when you come back to the node it's on the same tab?

The memorization feature saves the current state when switching between nodes
based on the node class name and .gd scripts without a class_name.

For example:

Nodes A and B are both Area2D and have no scripts attached. The active tab is set to "Node." 
Switching between A and B will not update the plugin content. 

Node C is a Control. When switching from C to A
A will jump directly to the "Node" tab instead of the first one.

There is a bug where the tooltip_text of the inspector is not updated when you rename the script file.
To get the name of the script, maybe use node.get_script().

Well, since the category is also not changed, I would say this is just godot problem and the plugin is working as intended.
