downloads folder stale

I got directed to /downloads from google, there are some things in there, but download is the right directory. Link it?

actually downloads live at sasview.org/download not sasview.org/downloads. I suspect that page is leftover from the original jeckyll template which would explain why we don't see a 404 page not found error? If so it should be removed so people don't get confused
