[Bug]: temurin11-jdk and temurin11-jre manifests are stale

Bug Report

The temurin11-jdk and temurin11-jre manifests in Java are stale.

Current manifest version:

• 11.0.29-7

Live upstream release:

• 11.0.30-7

I checked the current Adoptium API responses and this looks like a plain stale-version update rather than a checkver or autoupdate logic problem.

I'll prepare a PR for the version and hash refresh.

I rechecked this before preparing the PR, and 11.0.30+7 does not appear to publish Windows x86-32 Temurin 11 zip assets anymore.

So this is no longer a straightforward stale-only refresh for temurin11-jdk / temurin11-jre. It needs separate handling for the 32-bit entries before a PR would be accurate.

I am not opening a PR for this issue in the current stale-update batch.

I rechecked the current Temurin 11 release assets again before preparing a PR.

This is no longer just a plain stale update. 11.0.29+7 shipped Windows x86-32 JDK/JRE ZIPs, but 11.0.30+7 no longer does. Adoptium also announced the end of Windows 32-bit delivery in 2026, so this now looks like an upstream support change rather than a simple version bump.

The intended fix on the Scoop side is:

• update temurin11-jdk to 11.0.30-7
• update temurin11-jre to 11.0.30-7
• remove the 32bit architecture entries from both manifests so they match the currently published upstream assets

I’ll keep the PR scoped to those two manifests only.
