Please add SSL

Hi,
I love this plugin! It helped me bypass CORS issues!

However, it's still useless for me, unless you add SSL support for the connections.
This is my setup:

1. the external server (not owned by me - can't do anything) is https
2. I need to perform 2 GETs and 1 POST to send an sms via web.
3. The server is not setup for CORS, so I can't connect from javascript.

Feel free to fork it and submit a PR, cause we are not planning any release soon.
