Tried to add a music disc

I added one item into my mod, the item has nothing special its just an item then i tried adding a music disc but this happened.
One item is suppose to be name Krona and the other Sicko Mode but i just somehow made 2 kronas with broken names

can someone see if i did my code wrong?
