Community Pages not working

Even though the package is included both globally and in the dependencies, no structure is built from scratch without any errors, there is no additional code, all dependencies are added. The versions are not added as the dependencies want, but they are never added without any errors. What should I fix? Is it my fault?

I'm having this problem as well, after adding the community toolkit to an existing project. I'm going to try creating a new project form the community template when I get a chance to see if that helps...
