Error with "analyze" function

Below error was reported for analyze function.

Error in Matrix.DeprecatedCoerce(cd1, cd2) :
(converted from warning) 'as(, "dgeMatrix")' is deprecated.
Use 'as(as(as(., "dMatrix"), "generalMatrix"), "unpackedMatrix")' instead.
