@x09 , there is not enough information to answer your question. Have you installed and and enabled oddjob-gpupdate service? Which distribution you are using? I suppose you will need to email me logs of gpoa --loglevel 0 <username> privately.

The only thing I can think of is that you are trying to install packages using gpupdate and it takes longer than 10 minutes.
