Interest in implementing P3413 - improvements to value_or?

P3413 is an optional related paper introduced this October by Corentin Jabot.
Title: A more flexible optional::value_or (else!).

It basically adds construct variant to the value_or observer.

I don't know if it will be able to get into 26, I am not familiar with timelines, but this looks like a simple addition.

It overlaps a bit with P1255, views maybe, which I think has a more general solution, but I would think that. Value _or is definitely a bit broken in optional right now, but there are a few different choices for fixing, with some different trade offs.

So now that P1255 is basically absorbed should this be persued?
