[Feature Request]: Option to set different URLs for CalDAV and CardDAV

Please add on option to set different URLs for Caldav and Carddav.

If not, you've to create own configurations, with different names for the same provider (e.g. 1und1:
Caldav: caldav.1und1.de
carddav: carddav.1und1.de)

Hi, this is very hard to achieve. We understand that some providers may have this issue, but our recommendation is to create two different accounts, one for CalDAV and the other for CardDAV. Basically the current base architecture of DAVx⁵ builds upon a single URL, so it would be very hard to adapt it to support two.

We are of course aware of the issue, and don't discard supporting it in the future. But right now it's not possible.
