Arbitrary chart.js configuration exporting from the frontend

The frontend should be able to export a ChartJS configuration (without the necessary plugins and modifications) so that the resulting JSON file can be modified and passed back to Chart JS via a command line flag (#38).

This is supposed to be a read-only access from the frontend.
