Determine Proper Location for Storing CSV Outside of This SCM Repo

Per verbal communication in our last weekly meeting, I concur with @mjsir911 we need to keep the resultant CSV data outside of the respective source code. I propose two options.

• Use the Code for NoVA CKAN instance graciously revived on community infrastructure by @mattva01.
• Consider coordinating with Code for DC, via our current PoC with the DC brigade, @mkalish, to also seed data to Code for DC's CKAN Open Data repo, or use that exclusively as the canonical source.

I am tagging this as help-wanted so we can solicit feedback before making a decision, hopefully by next meeting on Thursday.

@xee5ch More than happy to have you guys store you're data at in the DC brigade's CKAN. A lot of our data actually spans the DMV area, so it might be a good fit. Let me know if you need help getting the data loaded.

Will let you know when I hear back more from other people in the group. Some are already on GH and I know their accounts. I emailed and I am awaiting feedback, others I do not, but emailed them out to start work on these first starter issues.

Also, the state of the data once scraped was not clear, or I would have uploaded it already. I need to re-run the scripts on my own laptop with new commits, or get the data from someone who put it on a USB drive.
