There is numerous ephys data that are currently not tansferred to the ONE preproc folder, and cannot be easily transfered as the MATLAB readNPY cannot read them (e.g. clusters.brainLocationAcronyms_ccf_2017.npy, _phy_spikes_subset.waveforms.npy)
Current solution: Writing into ONE_preproc _av_rawephys.path.json . Still, to do:

• the MATLAB queryExp possibly is not yet implemented to read ephys data using this pointer
• reprocess all mice

still if people want to use these outputs in matlab, they need to figure out how matlab readNPY could read in these data
