Feat: Add a button to expand popup

Objective

As a user, I want to be able to expand the popup in order to better see the indicators.

Context

Currently, the popup is quite small, and we display a lot of indicators and charts inside.
During the last weekly, someone suggested that it would be nice to expand the button

-> Create a button in the popup header. When clicked modify the width and height of the popup so it takes a good part of the screen (to define).
