Chore: Update All4Trees Data to FINAL Version

Objective

Integrate latest DATA provided by ALL4TREES into the App

Context

Cathalijen from All4trees just sent us the FINAL version of the forms' data structure , including the last form Inventaire Biologique that were not provided until now.

The goal of this ticket is to :

1. Upload new Data in S3 Bukcet
2. Update Makefile to create the correct catalog
3. Update config.json to use the new fields, because some of them have changed names
4. Check that no regression has appeared in the popup and make the fixes otherwise
