Sidebar toggle trims away the bottom of the menu

@Klath123, I just discovered that feature-sidebar-toggle introduced a bug on certain widths of the browser.

The Merge pull request #482 the 21 Feb introduces a cutoff of the lower menu:

While on the previous Merge request #487 the 17 Feb has the full menu.

It only occurs when the window is wide enough to show the filters, but so narrow that the heatmap is smaller then the menu is tall.
(I.e. on full screen it looks fine om my screen setups.)

Yes @vbakke I looked in to this issue and try replicating it with the current version. I replicated the issue

my pr #499 fixes that ,which can be seen after merging it :)

Are you able to figure out why the scroll bar pops up on the main window, at certain sizes?
I think it will be better to shrink the heatmap a little to avoid the scroll bar on this page.
