Ansible deployment

Create ansible scripts for deployment of the 5S-TES stack. Add tests for the ansible scripts.

Note - Harbor service could be provided via an ansible script - but this should be run separately to the main 5S-TES setup, in case later users have their own Harbor, or want to add other projects into this before they stand up 5S-TES.

Hi @OliverWoolland, I'd be interested to see the work-in-progress for this. Any chance you could push it to a branch?
