Hi, friends. I'm interested in adding a Chinese version for the OP Stack's documentation. How should I proceed? Should I add Chinese version md files based on this repository, or should I create a new repository for the Chinese documentation?

Hey @qingfengzxr, we're working on standing up our new technical docs site at docs.optimism.io; one of our todos is to add Crowdin support so all of the docs can be translated.
