fix: rename 分组 to 聚合 for alert grouping features and update glossary

The correct Chinese term is 告警聚合 (aggregation), not 告警分组 (grouping).
Added 规则告警聚合/智能告警聚合 terminology to both the glossary and CLAUDE.md.
