docs: rename and reposition alert grouping feature in pricing matrix

Move "智能告警分组" / "Intelligent alert grouping" next to "告警聚合" / "Alert aggregation"
since it's an advanced version of the same feature. Rename to "规则/智能告警分组" /
"Pattern/Intelligent alert grouping" for clarity.
